Chan Mi Qi Gong

CHAN MI Qi GONG

Chan Mi Qi Gong is a special form of Qi Gong. Over centuries it was secretly practised by monks in the Himalaya. The wisdom was passed on only to selected children with special psychic abilities. Today there is a movement in practising CMQG in China.
CMQG's special focus is in rolling movements of the spine that helps to loosen spine blockages, to loosen the body in general, to increase blood circulation and body fluids and to enhance detoxication. Further benefits for a person exercising Chan Mi Qi Gong are in the high efficacy for holistic wellbeing on a physical and spiritual level.

“Relaxation leads to stillness; stillness leads to stabilitiy,
stability leads to realization, realization leads to wisdom”
(Buddhistic wisdom)

An important key aim is to develop internal Qi.
Developing internal Qi or energy helps to
»         regulate body metabolism
»         increase health
»         prevent illness
»         bring forth latent abilities and develop intelligence
»         enhance consciousness
“Practice is the only path to reach truth.”
